GE FORCE endeavors to empower sports organizations to achieve gender balance within their leadership ranks. Through raising awareness, offering guidance, and extending support to emerging leaders in sports, we aim to facilitate their involvement in fostering the essential change needed to promote diversity and inclusion. Our research culminated in the production of three pivotal documents: a comprehensive systematic review report, a meticulously documented analysis report, and a best-practices report. These resources are made accessible to all, enabling sports organizations worldwide to enhance their efforts and advance gender equality on a global scale.
